Oliver Pahnecke
EUASU expert, PhD candidate at Middlesex University. He obtained his LLM in International Business Law at Central European University, Budapest, and works as a fair trial expert for international organisations. He works as a rule of law expert for international missions and as a consultant for technical co-operation and finance.
Oliver Pahnecke is an EUASU expert and a member of the Expert Network of Droits de l’Homme sans Frontières in Belgium. He is a PhD candidate at Middlesex University in London and consults with OSCE missions in Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and the Caucasus as an election observer, trial monitor, and rule of law expert. He also provided mandate support for the UN Independent Expert on foreign debt and human rights from 2014 to 2020.
