We present to your attention a conversation between two scholars: Oleg Maltsev (known for his interdisciplinary work on the human mind, the interaction of consciousness and memory) and Daniel Kahneman (notable for his work on the psychology of judgment and decision-making, as well as prominent contribution to behavioral economics.) Dr. Oleg Maltsev is world-renowned European scholar, head of the Grigory Semenovich Popov "The Memory Institute," author of exceptional scientific works in criminology, psychology, and philosophy. He is a Presidium member and academician of the European Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (EUASU). Amongst various research subjects of Dr. Maltsev: the аutomatic system of human body, motor cognition, formation of psyche and philosophy, models of behavior and decision making in extreme situations, and above all: practical methods of directed (controlled) task implementation.
